*she watched him as he sat on the ground, her wondering how his wounds were doing. she then nodded to answer him about getting some sleep, watching him as he yawned. she shivered a little bit feeling colder as nightfall grew more and more near. as he told her that they might have to sleep in the forest she shook her head quickly, her thinking about that vampire orchis that attacked them earlier. she then gestured to him that they should go back to the village if he wished to rest, her pointing to her wand as if suggesting the should teleport.*

Dex looked up at her quizzingly, not completely understanding all of Reciou's gestures. "No, I'm pretty it's not a good idea to defend against those creatures all night, and I know your magic isn't unlimited. Wouldn't be easier if we just teleported back to your old villiage?" He noticed her shivering again, and said, "And while we're there, we could try to find you some new clothes..."

*she walked up to him silently, her pulling him up from the ground and holding onto his arm as she concentrated hard. she the teleported them to the edge of the town, where some of the buildings seemed to be still standing for the most part. right on the edge of town stood the only two story building that could be seen in the whole village, with a window facing toward the forest they were standing beside. she let go of his arm and fell to her knees seeming exhausted, she looked up at dex and pointed to the two story building before passing out from sheer exhaustion.*

Dex picked Reciou up and held her in his arms for a moment, then proceeded to the two-story house. He noticed a symbol above the door, similar to the star symbol on Reciou's clothes. "This must be her house then..." he said to himself, before walking through the doorway into the house. He found a mat, and lay it on the floor for her, setting her on top of it. "Get some rest. You deserve it." he said to her as she slept. He lay down on the bare floor next to her, and quietly went to sleep.

*as morning neared she woke and sat up before looking around and noticing Dex was still asleep. she stood up and walked to the stairway to the second floor and looked up at it silently for a few moments. she then slowly walked up the stairs, making sure they were still strong enough to hold her weight. as she reached the top, she looked around the room, remembering where everything in her bedroom was once placed, only a few things of hers remained there now, them being a bed near the window, a trunk at the foot of the bed, and a small bookshelf in the corner with only a few books left on it. she walked over and sat in front of the trunk on her knees and opened it slowly, her digging through its contents slowly and trying not to wake Dex.*

Dex turned over and layed on one shoulder, waking up slowly. He sat up and stretched, yawning quietly to himself. He looked over at the mat on the floor next to him, seeing Reciou gone. He jumped up quickly, thinking she either wandered off or got herself kidnapped. Either way, Dex had to find her if he was gonna keep his promise to Orion. "Maybe she went upstairs...." he said to himself. He crept over to the staircase, looking up and inspecting each step and if they were able to withstand his weight. He slowly climbed the stairs, each one creaking loudly as he stepped. He found a room at the top of the stairs, with Reciou kneeling in front of a large chest. "There you are." he said to her, sighing heavily. "Don't scare me like that...."

*she smiled up at him for a moment before rummaging through the trunk some more, her tossing out a couple of blankets, Orion's cloak, and a set of her clothes. she then pulled a wooden box out of the trunk and set it on the bed carefully before standing up and tossing the rest of her stuff on her bed. she looked over at Dex silently before holding her clothes up to let him know she was going to change and that he should give her some privacy, her glancing down at the box once before looking back up at him.*

*after he closed the door, she changed her clothes quickly, pulled her other pair of shoes out from under the bed, and put them on before getting up. she walked over to the door silently and opened it to let him know she was done changing. afterwards, she ran over to the bed and picked up the wooden box carefully, as she did a small piece of paper fell out of the box and floated to the ground about 4 or 5 feet away from her. she then grabbed the blankets and threw them back into the trunk, unaware of the paper that had fallen out of the box.*

Dex smiled at her as she opened the door for him. He stepped in and noticed the piece of paper lying on the floor. "Hm? What's this?" he asked, bending down to retrieve the paper. He read it out loud to Reciou, "'To my beloved Reciou, Love Orion'.....Hey, wasn't Orion that...." He stopped himself, remembering that Reciou didn't seem to see the image of Orion that stood with them in the graveyard. "So, I guess...this Orion guy liked you alot huh?" he asked her, hoping he didn't upset her with his question.

*she closed the trunk and latched it shut as Dex picked up the piece of paper. she looked over at him quickly as he read the note out loud. she then walked over to him and grabbed the paper from his hand reading it silently to herself. she opened the wooden box and placed the note inside of it as she admired the blue silk lining before closing the box. she looked up at Dex silently nodding to him before walking past him and down the staircase slowly, her standing at he bottom as if waiting for him to follow.*

Dex frowned and slowly walked down the stairs behind Reciou, knowing that he should have kept his mouth shut. "I....I didn't mean to upset you...." he said, trying his best to comfort her. He finally joined her at the bottom of the stairs, placing a hand on one of her shoulders. "If it makes you feel any better, we can either leave here, or go back to the graveyard and pay respect to all of your friends. It's completely up to you." Thinking of going back to the graveyard, Dex reminded himself of the graveyard that he and other Warriors had made in memory of the fallen members of the Resistance. He could last remember paying a visit to his friend Gilford's grave, just the day before all this happened.

*she grabs his wrist with one hand, her holding the wooden box and her wand in the other, and pulls him out of her house and toward the pathway leading to the graveyard. as she drags him down the pathway slowly, she looks back at him silently once or twice seeming sad. she stops as she reaches the barrier to the graveyard and sighs lightly to herself before pulling Dex through with her. she stood silently at the edge of the graveyard before letting go of Dex's wrist and walking through the graveyard back to the unmarked grave. she then knelled at it and set the wooden box on top of the grave carefully as she sat there and stared at the grave silently thinking to herself*

Dex walked slowly up beside Reciou, kneeling down next to her in front of the unmarked grave. "Is this Orion?" he asked her. "You two must have really loved each other a lot." He turned his head away, not sure of what he could say that could comfort her. He sighed and rubbed the back of his head in frustration. He hated it when he saw a girl sad like this. It made him feel bad, and if he couldn't help her, it'd make him feel as if it were his fault. "Well....I'm sure Orion would want you to be okay from now on..." he said to her, still looking away, "....so, what if I promised him that I'd take care of you? Would you like that?"
