Neos Wiseman, since when you get him out he's pretty much indestructable, can only be destroyed by battle.

God Neos. Has an OTK; allows mass dump via Future Fusion; goes in the Extra Deck instead of the Main Deck, and thus doesn't waste your draw on a bad card.

 

Neos Wiseman, on the other hand, wastes your draw, takes a -2 to summon (as opposed to a +0), requires you to already have two high-level monsters on the field to use, and of its two effects, one relates purely to Life Points and the other only prevents destruction by card effects - which sounds nice until you consider that there's a lot of monster removal out there that isn't technically destruction.
