Here's a suggestion:

 

New members make cards and post them.

However those cards are very bad with the exeption of some...

I suggest that YCMaker makes a place for threads of new members and higher level members, so it will be easier to look at good cards sometimes...

Thats unfair, as new members want their cards rated, some times more then old members. I think that the star of the post is good enopugh

I think he means that higher level members can view both, but only higher level members can view the higher level section, I think it makes a lot of sense.

Just make it so that only a specific usergroup can post in it. People get added to that usergroup by posting good cards.
