Becuase Cyber Revolutionary is a Machine that is usedfor something, but cyber revolution means that that is the place where the machine is. And yes that is SPAM.

Junker, the Armed Mecha

This card cannot be Special Summoned. While this card is in Play, you must discard once per turn, this monster gains a Effect depending on the type of card discarded.

Trap: Return this card to your Hand.

Spell: Destroy 1 card on the field, if you do this, this card cannot Attack.

Monster: Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower Machine Type monster from your Graveyard.

Okay I wanna try a contest,

Is it okay if the cards are from a anime series, Im working on a couple of card Idea's but I dont wanna do a junkyard card.
