Various members including SOS Haruhi and Lucas Maximus were banned during the incident. So I thought...if mods have no power to lock other threads not belonging to their section....like in the other sections he/she is not a mod. This would prevent arguements and debates and hopefully make YCM a better place. Kinda like a programme to prevent future incidents.
