Rise of the Rune Warriors set UNFINISHED 2/?? ~1 card added~

I know I'm going a bit overboard by making 3 sets at the same time, but whatever. I'm making a new set of monsters called the Rune Warriors, they always have the Runic Background and the characetr in the image is a render. Before you comment, please read the rules for the cards first.. Credit for background goes to me, renders go to www.planetrenders.net.

 

[align=center][spoiler=Rules]Rune Counters: New types of counters, by removing 1 you can destroy a monster your opponent controls depending on it's ATK (ATK ranges from each card). Rune Warriors monsters get a Rune Counter every 2 turns.

 

Rune Summon: You remove Rune Counters from a monster to "Rune Summon" a Rune Warrior. If the Rune Warrior monster needs 1 Tribute to be Summoned, then it will need 2 Rune Counters to be Rune Summoned. So basically, the number of rune counters you need to remove is 1 more than the amount of Tributes needed. Rune Summon also counts as a Normal or Tribute Summon. If the Rune Warrior monster is 4 or less stars, then the Rune Summon counts as a Special Summon.

[spoiler=Long Effects][spoiler=Hyabusa]This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can be Rune Summoned by removing 6 Rune Counters from a monster with "Rune Counter" in it's name. When this card is Rune Summoned, destroy 1 card on the field. During each of your 2nd End Phases, place 1 Rune Counter on this card. Once per turn, by remove 2 Rune Counters from this card, increase the ATK of 1 of your monsters by 500. If the selected monster destroys an opponent's monster by battle, the original ATK of the selected monster becomes 2300. By removing 1 Rune Counter from this card, destroy an opponent's monster with 1000 or more ATK.. During your Standby Phase, discard 2 cards from your hand. If you do not, destroy this card.
