Basically, I'm doing the rest of the Elemental Hero Fusions that haven't already been made into Evil Hero Fusions. (Neos Fusions not included)

 

Dark Engine

Continuous Spell Card

While this card is face-up on the field, if you Fusion Summon an “Evil Hero” Fusion Monster that uses “Elemental Hero” monsters as Fusion Material, you can use an “Evil Hero” monster with the same Level as an “Elemental Hero” monster listed on the “Evil Hero” Fusion Monster OR an “Evil Hero” Fusion monster that lists the same Fusion Material as an “Elemental Hero” Fusion Monster listed on the Evil Hero Fusion Monster as Fusion Substitutes. If you do, the other Fusion Material must be the correct one(s).

 

Evil Hero Raven Protector

FIRE

Fiend / Fusion

“Elemental Hero Avian” + “Elemental Hero Burstinatrix”

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon with "Dark Fusion". While you control this face-up card, “Evil Hero” monsters can not be destroyed as a result of battle with monsters with 2100 ATK or more.

 

Evil Hero Wicked Necromancer

DARK

Fiend / Fusion

“Elemental Hero Wildheart” + “Elemental Hero Necroshade”

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon with "Dark Fusion". When this card is Fusion Summoned, destroy 1 monster on the field. That monster's controller can then Special Summon 1 monster from their Graveyard.

 

Evil Hero Mist Slayer

WATER

Fiend / Fusion

6 / 1800 / 1000

“Elemental Hero Burstinatrix” + “Elemental Hero Bubbleman”

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon with "Dark Fusion". When this card destroys a monster as a result of battle, increase your Life Points by the destroyed monster's ATK or DEF, whichever is higher.

 

Evil Hero Chaos Storm

DARK

Fiend / Fusion

“Elemental Hero Sparkman” + “Elemental Hero Necroshade”

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon with "Dark Fusion".During battle between this card and a monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. If this card is destroyed by battle, draw 1 card.

“Elemental Hero Avian” + “Elemental Hero Bubbleman”

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon with "Dark Fusion". If there are any Spell or Trap Cards on the field, this card can attack your opponent directly.

 

Evil Hero Iron Wall

EARTH

Fiend / Fusion

“Elemental Hero Bubbleman” + “Elemental Hero Clayman”

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon with "Dark Fusion". While this card is in face-up Defense Position on the field, your opponent can not select another monster as an attack target. If this card is in Attack Position, destroy it.

 

Evil Hero Eclipse Swordsman

EARTH

Fiend / Fusion

8 / 2600 / 2300

“Elemental Hero Sparkman” + “Elemental Hero Bladedge”

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon with "Dark Fusion". During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. Once per turn, you can destroy 1 monster on the field.

 

Evil Hero Infernal Thunder

DARK

Fiend / Fusion

8 / 2500 / 2100

“Evil Hero Inferno Wing” + “Elemental Hero Sparkman”

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon with "Dark Fusion". When this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK or DEF of the destroyed monster, whichever is higher. Any Direct Damage this card inflicts to your opponent is doubled.

 

Evil Hero Remnant Phoenix

DARK

Fiend / Fusion

8 / 2500 / 2100

“Evil Hero Raven Protector” + “Elemental Hero Sparkman”

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon with "Dark Fusion". While you control this face-up card, “Evil Hero” monsters can not be destroyed as a result of battle with monsters with 2500 ATK or more. If this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon it during your next Standby Phase.

 

Evil Hero Hurricane

WIND

Fiend / Fusion

8 / 2800 / 2800

“Elemental Hero Avian” + “Elemental Hero Sparkman” + “Elemental Hero Bubbleman”

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon with "Dark Fusion". Once per turn, select 1 monster you control. While this card is face-up on the field, the selected monster cannot be destroyed ny battle. (Damage calculation is applied normally)

 

Evil Hero Bladeheart

EARTH

Fiend / Fusion

8 / 2600 / 2300

“Elemental Hero Bladedge” + “Elemental Hero Wildheart”

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon with "Dark Fusion". This card can attack once more for each monster your opponent controls.

 

Evil Hero Equibrilum

DARK

Fiend / Fusion

10 / 2900 / 2600

"Elemental Hero Avian" + "Elemental Hero Burstinatrix" + "Elemental Hero Clayman" + "Elemental Hero Bubbleman"

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon with "Dark Fusion". This card's Attribute is also treated as EARTH, WATER, WIND, and FIRE. When this card is Fusion Summoned, send all cards that are removed from play to their owner's Graveyards. This card gains 300 ATK for each monster in either player's Graveyard that shares an Attribute with this card.

 

Evil Hero Searing Flame

FIRE

Fiend / Fusion

8 / 2300 / 1600

“Elemental Hero Heat” + “Elemental Hero Lady Heat”

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon with "Dark Fusion". If this card battles a monster with a different Attribute, it gains 1000 ATK until the End Phase.

 

Evil Hero Terra Galactica

EARTH

Fiend / Fusion

8 / 2500 / 2000

"Elemental Hero Ocean" + "Elemental Hero Woodsman"

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon with "Dark Fusion". Once per turn, you can remove 1 “Hero” monster on the field from play to have this card gain ATK equal to the removed monster's ATK, until the End Phase.

Ok, Crow Reaper is taken out.

 

And with Dark Engine and Dark Calling still existing, I'm sure these can be quite easily summoned. Sure, they can only be summoned with a few cards, but that's not the problem. And I consider them offensive enough; elaborate on this matter.
