She stared at him for a moment, completely silent, before getting to her feet and picking up her zanpaktou, slinging them over her back and fixing them in place with a single belt. Once she was done she looked back up, however she continued her cold silence, her cold gaze seeming to pierce straight through the stranger who had just presented himself to her. She could sense a strong and confident Reitsu from him, one that felt similar to her own but lacked the cold bite, her eyes narrowed slightly and she finally spoke:"That depends," she replied, before walking straight past the stranger without another word, retaining her cold silence. "I see, you are as cold as I thought you were" he said as he smirked and glanced his eyes back at her. "I wonder if that coldness is because of your past, or because of that Hollow within you" he said presumptuously, and that caused the girl to stop in her tracks as he turned to face her fully... So he could tell she had a hollow even through the cold shield she'd tried to place over herself. She gave him the same cold expression, however whatever effect she was hoping it would give seemed ineffective upon him."My past is none of your concern," she replied simply.She continued to stare at him, she could tell he was interested in her Hollow side and possibly how she got it, and judging by his own Reitsu he was no stranger to being part Hollow himself."Why would my problems be of any interest to you?" Yet the long stare they were giving each other continued, without either blinking or moving an inch. "Well since you were a Shinigami who was unfortunate enough to gain, by whatever means you did, the infernal powers of our most bitter enemies... Hollows" he said as he bent down into a semi-bow position and placed his sword softly on the ground (with hilt pointed towards the mystery girl). He stood back up slowly "You must realise by now that you are not alone in this world; that there are others out there who share your condition, and share your pain. We, the Vizard, share in the suffering and subjugation you must have suffered in your past" he said with compassion and a nurturing look in his eyes, yet seemed to be preaching to her as well. Suddenly he raised his hand and formed a black, spiky Hollow Mask "This is my curse. And I and many others share it with you too" he continued as his mask dissolved into powder in his hands. "But I digress, the reason I have come and talked to you this starry night... is to ask you to join me and my Vizard" he said bluntly with a wispy and cold voice as he extended his hand out to her and stared at her to dark, chaotic yet calming eyes... It's hard to move around in these Gigai." Rokujo then appeared at Urahara's shop and saw two people on the rooftop of a building. He then exited out of his Gigai, and went into Shinigami form. Winter retained her cold silence, staring at the man as he continued to talk before finally bowing her head and closing her eyes. There was no need to consider his offer, she knew what both the shinigami and the Hollow were like and there was little doubt vizard would be any different. She turned her back on him and stared back up at the sky above her."And do what?" She asked "Lead a rebellion against the shinigami and soul society? Wipe the Hollows and the Arrancar from existence? Or hide away from everyone like a renegade?"She turned to face him again, her gaze becoming slightly more serious."Whatever you plan to do, I'm afraid you'll have to make do without me," she said "I'll bear my curses by myself, I do not need anyone else to drag me down." Kageshiba looked over and saw a Shinigami land on the roof "Damn... Oh well too bad, you would've been a strong companion, but I'm not going to force you to do anything. Just be careful, there's gonna be a lot more Arrancar coming to this world very soon, and you may not be able to handle them alone" he said as he opened his hand and his raised up off the ground into his hand. He gripped his sword firm and turned to face the Shinigami "What can I do for you, Shinigami?" he asked sharply as he stared slightly angrily at the Shinigami on the opposite side of the roof... He was strong, very strong yet sort of lacked control over his Reitsu. "Do you always stick your nose into other people's business like this? Didn't Soul Society teach you any better than that?" he asked condescendingly while in replace his right hand in his pocket and stared at him with bored eyes... Man your slow; I sensed that before I got onto this roof, and besides Arrancar don't interest me that much... so long as they leave me alone that is" he said calmly and he removed the toothpick from his mouth and began walking towards the Shinigami opposite him slowly... He came so close to the Shinigami but suddenly appeared behind him and continued walking unaffected. "If you take anything from this experience, remember Shinigami... you are not in my league" he said confidently as he vanished from the area, nowhere to be seen... She stared at it for a moment, her eyes narrowing slightly before it vanished into light once more as she clenched her fist."I don't need his help," she muttered, jumping off the roof and landing cat-like in the street below before she vanished in a blur of motion. Rokujo then drew his sword, and at that moment, the Hollow cam after him, and he sliced the head clean, within a split second or less. Then soon, a Menos Grande appeared. "Great." Espada* he thought as he grabbed his sword by the hilt. Suddenly he heard a scream from above him, driving down on top of him. Quickly Kageshiba drew his sword and slashed at the mystery man, swiping him away. "Hmm... so what are you here for, Grimmjow? Anything to do with the Hokyoku by any chance?" he asked smuggly. Grimmjow didn't answer he just drew his sword and charged at Kageshiba at full force. "Bring it, Shinigami!" Grimmjow shouted as he rushed ever faster at Kageshiba. *Hahahahahahahaha..................................... foolish Hollow* Kageshiba thought sinisterly as he smiled just as sinisterly at a speeding Grimmjow... Since Aizen had tried to use to Hokyoku the worlds had become nothing but pure anarchy as of late and she was growing sick of it. As she walked by a hole opened up beside her and a Hollow began to emerge, opening its massive mouth wide in an attempt to swallow her whole, however when it clamped down it found itself impaled upon the blade of Furostu. Winter dug the zanpaktou slightly deeper into the Hollow and glared at it, keeping silent for a long time."I'm not like you," she said quietly "So leave me alone."With that she tore Furostu free, splitting the Hollow's mask and causing him to evaporate on the spot. Winter carried on walking, returning Furostu to its scabbard. A little ways off she could sense Kageshiba's Reitsu clashing with another high level Reitsu, neither one feeling completely shimigami, or completely Hollow. StevenBray Posted September 1, 2008 Report Share Posted September 1, 2008 Grimmjow charged at Kageshiba with full force and swung his sword; Kageshiba swung his sword in suit and both swords struck each other, sending massive shockwaves echoing across Karakura, causing widespread damage to nearby buildings and the road beneath them. Both strikes were so evenly matched that neither one could budge the other an inch, however as Grimmjow looked as if given full effort, Kageshiba looked unfazed and effortless. "(giggles) Grimmjow, I thought you'd be stronger than this" Kageshiba said mockingly, enraging Grimmjow. Grimmjow gritted his teeth forcefully as he tried to push Kageshiba back and gain an advantage but it was no use, Kageshiba didn't budge. "Goodbye Espada..." he said as his mask began to form on his face and his voice changed from normal to Hollowized. "CERO!!!" he shouted as he pointed his free hand Grimmjow's face... Kageshiba's cero was fizzled out completely, and Grimmjow and Kageshiba we're both blown back very far distances by another cero fired from the right of the battle.
