I have made a Structure Deck based on the WATER type. Here it is:

 

Polar Prince

WATER/Level 5/Warrior-Synchro-type/ATK 800/DEF 2400

"Water Spirit"+1 or more Warrior-type non-Tuner monsters

 

Mythic Beast Hydra

WATER/Level 8/Reptile-Effect-type/ATK 3200/DEF 2400

When this card is Summoned, place 8 Hydra Head Counters on it (max. 8). When this card should be destroyed, remove 1 Hydra Head Counter and decrease this card's ATK by 400 points and its DEF by 300 points. When this card has no Hydra Head Counters on it, it is destroyed.

 

Mythic Beast Ice Titan

WATER/Level 8/Aqua-Effect-type/ATK 3000/DEF 2500

Distribute 10 Ice Counters among your opponent's monsters. Monsters with Ice Counters on them cannot attack. If a monster with an Ice Counter, the attacked monster is automatically destroyed.

 

Elemental Demon Typhon

WATER/Level 4/Sea Serpent-Effect-type/ATK 1200/DEF 1000

If this card destroys a non-WATER-type monster by battle, gain Life Points equal to the DEF of the destroyed monster.

 

Ancient Water Drake

WATER/Level 1/Dragon-Effect-type/ATK 0/DEF 0

When this card is destroyed, draw 1 card. If it is a WATER-type monster, you can Special Summon it, ignoring the Summoning conditions.

 

Frog Swordsman

WATER/Level 3/Aqua-Effect-type/ATK 700/DEF 500

This card gains 100 ATK for every "Frog" monster on the field (except "Frog the Jam").

Okay here are some more (thx for rating :))

 

Spell Mermaid

WATER/Level 4/Fish-Effect-type/ATK 1000/DEF 1500

Once per turn, you can place 1 Spell Counter on this card. You can remove 3 Spell Counters from this card to add 1 "Mystic Arts" card that includes WATER-type monster in its effect from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.

 

Mystic Arts: Water Dragon Seal

Spell Card

Return 1 WATER-type monster you control to your hand. Then, select and activate 1 of the following effects:

-You gain Life Points equal to the Level of the returned monster x 200 points.

-Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the Level of the returned monster x 200 points.

 

Mystic Arts: Ice Crystal Prison

Spell Card

Decrease the ATK and DEF of 1 monster on the field with Ice Counters on it by 200 points for every Ice Counter. As long as that monster has Ice Counters on it, it cannot change its Battle Position.

 

Mystic Arts: Major Aquatic Healing

Trap Card

Activate only if you have 0 Life Points and there are 20 or more WATER-type monsters in your Graveyard. You gain 8000 Life Points.

You can't activate this one; once your Life Points hit 0, you automatically lose. Here's a fix:

 

Activate only when you would take damage that would reduce your Life Points to 0 while there are 20 or more WATER monsters in your Graveyard. Reduce the damage to 0. Your Life Points become 8000.

@tectonix: Here's the fixed-up version of Major Aquatic Healing.

 

Mystic Arts: Major Aquatic Healing

Trap Card

Activate only if you take damage that would reduce your Life Points to O while there are 20 or more WATER monsters in your Graveyard. Reduce the damage to 0. Your Life Points become 8000.
