Question: Do you decide when we learn new Spells and gain new Monsters' date=' or do we? If we do, then this will be really broken. Or rather, the principle would be, because for the moment, it seems that all of the people in here are respectable RPers.[/quote']

All of them? Nooo! There is always one intruder. *hides behind everyone else*

My guard (or ROFL team) will take care of this *pushes them forward*:

First monster: Maiden of Macabre (Amarsya)

Second monster: Spirit Reaper (Bane)

Third monster: Crow Tengu (Tengu. Just Tengu)

First Spell: Enemy Controller My bad, so... Book of Life?

Second Spell: Nightmare’s Steelcage

A major thing in RPs here is black and white: there is a very clear "good guy" and "bad guy". What about all the shades of grey?

I don't like it either, but just look at the average age here and you will see why RPs often turn out like this. Regarding the real-life Roleplay you were talking about, I wouldn't mind to join, but you know how fast I can grow bored of things. T.T

Ixi: This strategy you speak of will not be available in a long' date=' long time, just so you know. First, you'd have to make a DM join your team (I'll add rules on high-level monsters joining battles later on) and keep it in the backline to even be able to use Sage's Stone. Then, you'd need Black Magic Ritual, obviously.[/quote']

Ah, I thought I could summon Dark Magician until the end of the battle through Sage's Stone without actually having him in my 'army'. At any rate, considering the nature of my Spellcaster, finding her former master and inventing a powerful magical ritual isn't completely beyond her. And I always think a long way ahead.

It's true that Raigeki would obliterate this strategy, such as every other monster line-up, but there's simply nothing to be done about it. At any rate, Umbra might downgrade it, since using it in this scenario certainly falls under godmodding. But then again, fighting isn't the only way to go in RP(G)s.

You can't downgrade Rageiki! That's like trying to give Five Headed Dragon 200 ATK in an attempt to balance it! Rageiki is... Rageiki. You can't change epic pwn.

But anyway, in this RP, spells are one use only, while monsters are forever, unless they get killed or Tributed. So monsters can go on being broken, while spells are a last-minute back-up that won't last.

Ok, these are the situations you are in as the RP starts. From here on, you're allowed to discuss with other characters and NPC's for a while until I start the plot.

City of Aienna - Skies of Arcania

During the early hours of the day, messengers have spread across the city. The Count of Aienna, Parshath, has assembled an emergency meeting regarding the threat of Dezard, and the rumour goes that Parshath will send every mage in the city to face the threat. The meeting started just a few minutes ago, and you're just outside the Grand Hall, where the meeting is held.

Graadin Cavern - Dezard's Land

- All rise in the presence of Gil'garan, Lord of Vampires!

You rise. On the podium at the front of the large cavern, you see a pale humanoid being dressed in a long, black robe with long claws sprouting from the back. The vampire nods at the crowd.

- Today is a grand day for us, fellow servants of the great Dezard. Today, we shall strike to the skies against the Empire of Arcania, and conquer it's mighty cities. The fairies shall crumble to dust and ashes! We shall reign supreme!

The crowd roared. You however, remain silent.

Do we get told how much HP all the NPCs else have?

Just using Rageiki straight away sounds fun. The entire Dezard army is shut in one cave. I could epicly pwn all of them if they have 1000 HP or less, then instate myself as the new ruler on bluff that if they don't obey me, I'll do it again.

Eden walked away from the crowd after they all started to roar, "Twits, screaming their heads off like they were born to" He had muttered as his goblins, Mog and Grog hopped on his shoulders, "So where are we going" the twin goblins said in unison as he stopped for a minute, "We are getting away from these idiots...."............
