How do I change my user title?

How do I change my user title (the thing below your name in posts)? I know it's possible to make custom ones, I don't know how.:?

go to user cp below card maker at the top and click edit profile

Step 1:

Go to use cp.

 

Step 2:

Go to edit profile.

 

Step 3:

Look at the right hand side, there should be a box there.

 

Step 4:

Type whatever you want to be your user title.
