+Jono
Use this to make them blue:And to change its colour get someone to colorize it on photoshop. I don't think there is any other way. It's easier just to download Paint.NET or GIMP or even Photoshop Portable. NOTE:The same rules apply to this as all my holo sheets.

Archbaron Larry
Just use the spray paintSpray paint is bad... it doesn't look realistic at all and takes forever to adjust it if you accedently paint in the wrong place... +Jono
You can't use them anyway. They are JPG therefore they don't work. Behold the awesomeness of PNG.

+Jono
This thread is a month old. Don't bump it. And unless you have something constructive to say, don't say anything at all. I don't see you trying to help. Paint is a very limited program. The only person that I've seen that's actually done something with it is Poc. To use these sheets, position them over your card in Paint and then press the Transparent Select button (Or go to Image ---> Draw Opaque. If you did it right then there will be no tick next to Draw Opaque and the sheet will work.).
