Barrier Combo's

This is my first strategy I'm posting up here, so it's probably repeated, however, I didn't see it on the first 2 pages of the "Strategy" section, so here goes. These are the card's I'll be talking about:

 

Astral Barrier

Spirit Barrier

Life Switch

 

 

 

Astral Barrier gives you the opportunity to turn any of your opponents attacks at your monsters into a direct attack at your Life Points. With "Life Switch" - A card recently released in the Japanese version of the game, should come over to other parts of the world soon ;) - it is deadly, you could let your opponent(s) attack you until you are on few Life Points, while summoning your own powerful monsters, then use "Life Switch" and have your opponent take your Points, then since you've also been preparing a powerful set up, attack, and win!

 

But, there is an alternative...

 

You can also use Spirit Barrier, to make all of your opponents attacks not even scratch you! And since they're all coming straight at you, you can use the time to summon some more powerful monsters, whilst you attack your opponent, they can't harm you!

 

 

 

 

 

I hope you like these tactics, I don't know if they're common or not, but it helped me out (Barriers) in a tournament, saved me many times. Please no flaming, just keep it to Constructive Criticism please...

I never understand why people think this is such a clever combo. Don't the cards' names give them the teeniest clue that the Barrier cards were made specifically to be used together?
