You can only activate this card when toon world is active on the field.This card can be used to negate the following:*A Monster attack*An activation of a Spell Card*An activation of a Trap Card*A counter-effect card*A flip Monster EffectWhen this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can add as many Trap Cards as you want from your Graveyard to your Deck, your Deck is then shuffled.
