Mr. Judgment Dragon Posted August 22, 2008 Report Share Posted August 22, 2008 You do not summon Cyber End Dragon in Advanced Format. It is very hard and not worth it. If you want to be able to summon Cyber End Dragon you need to play Traditional and make the deck a Cyber-Stein OTK.
