Lemme see if I can fix it: If "Umi" is on your field during your opponent's Standby Phase, you can select 1 face-donw Monster Card on the field and destroy it. If "Itachi Uchiha" is face-up on your field, increase the ATK of this card by 400. If "Umi" is not on your field during your Standby Phase, you take 300 damage. Stats and balance are good.
