Here is my entry

Effect: This card cannot be destroyed as a result of battle. When this card is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned or Special Summoned, put 1 Spell Counter on it (max ∞). Every time your opponent activates a Spell or Trap card, put 1 Spell Counter on this card. During your Main Phase, when this card has at least 1 Spell Counter on it, you can activate 1 of the following effects:

•Remove 1 Spell Counter from this card to increase your Life Points by 250.

•Remove 2 Spell Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 Fairy-Type monster with an ATK of 1200 or less.

•Remove 2 Spell Counters from this card to destroy 1 Spell or Trap card on the field.

•Remove all Spell Counter(s) and inflict 250 damage for each Spell Counter removed by this effect.

•Remove 2 Spell Counters and pay 500 Life Points to negate the activation of a Spell Card targeting this card.

•Release this card to Special Summon 3 "Asrai Tokens" (Fairy-Type/LIGHT/Level 2/ATK 300/DEF 400) in Face-up Defense Position.[/font]

OCG fix for infernape619:

 

This card cannot Normal Summoned or Set. This card can be Special Summoned by paying 1000 Life Points and removing from play 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard. This card is unaffected by the effects of Spell and Trap cards. When this ATK position monster is sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon it.
