CrabHelmet
And then we ban Heavy Storm. Konami would make this card if they had any sense.

Purple Dinosaur
Like: Discard 1 card from your hand to destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on your opponent`s side of the field. Something like that...
Zanther
It would be something similar to that. Remember, Vortex only hits face up monsters. Would suck if they decided that it'd hit only face up spell/trap
Lazer Yoshi
Yes, this is a good idea. But what would they call it? "Fire Strike"?
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Should be something like all face-up or face-down ones. Maybe one version for both xP
Purple Dinosaur
Yes' date=' this is a good idea. But what would they call it? 「tea.leaf」
No, Lightning Vortex makes sense because it's a warped version of Raigeki, which means "lightning" in Japanese. For the S/T clear, its name should allude to Feather Duster in some way.
Xemba
Let's quit discussing the name and start discussing a possible effect. Discard 1 card. Destroy all opponents face - down spell and trap cards. Hmm seems a bit OP.
Tickle Me Emo
Discard 1 card. Destroy all face up spell and trap cards on the opponents side or all spell and trap cards on the field.
Abstract [Atrocity]
A face-up one: "Rain of Serrated Blades"A face-down one: "Dark Trap Hole"
Orochi
i would say "discard 1 card, destroy all the face down spells or trap cards that your opponent controls" that would make it more playable... and the name could be "witch's possesed broom"
Azuh
THis wont happen for a long time IMO But it should
Psycho Shocker Android
The name for such a card should be related to the wind (see storm, typhoon, trunade and tornado) just like stuff that destroys monsters are often related to thunder (raigeki, lightning vortex). I'd see something like "gigantic gale" have an effect like : discard one card from your hand destroy all spell/trap cards on your opponent side of the field. And for those who wants to clear face up remember ocg has enchanted arrow

Destroy up to 3 Face-Down Spell or Trap Cards on your opponent's side of the field.
Mr. Judgment Dragon
I think something with an effect like this would be good: Discard 1 card. Destroy up to 3 Spell and Trap Cards on your opponent's side of the field. All would probably be a bit too powerful.

Kale
how about something like enemy controller, where you can choose an effect? 'Discard 1 card to activate 1 of the following effects: • Destroy all face-up Spell and Trap cards on your opponent's side of the field.• Destroy all face-down Spell and Trap cards on the field. ' idk, maybe overpowered, though it gives a choice... XD it would be useful if they made one though. :|

Exiro
IF Heavy Storm became banned and there'd be no replacement, we'd have to use this card. Don't look over it. Anyway, that doesn't solve the real problem of Burn decks. So yeah, we'd need one. However, I bet that Konami would misunderstand it and make the card destroy only face-up S/Ts.
