Speed Genesis,my new set(PLZ RATE)

Okay I know it looks like it supposed to be in another section,but I made it for this section so please don't tell me to move this.If there are changes you think need making to make it more realistic please tell me.If I get good rates I would like to make more cards,so here it is.

 

I would like to keep this card stays effective the entire duel please.

 

[spoiler=Rules for Speed Synchro's]

Speed Synchro's can only be Summoned While Speed World #2 is on the Field.All Speed Synchro's require Discarding Cards from a deck when Summoned.Speed Synchro's can be played immediately while Synchro's must wait 1 Turn if Speed World #2 is on the Field(Something Not Mentioned on the Card).Speed Synchro's are Immediately Triumphant because Special Summonings Can Not Be Performed because Technically Speed World is still in play even though Speed World #2 is covering it.Speed Synchro's can be Summoned with Tuner's,but they Still Need 1 Speed Tuner.More Rules can be made if you deem it necessary or Some can be Taken Off.Ideas Welcome.

Speed Tuner's are Monsters that Gain Effects While Speed World #2 is on the Field,or lists a effect which includes Speed Synchro Summoning.Later on,I will make a few Speed Tuners that require Speed World #2 to be on Field To Summon Them.They Are Speed Tuners.Speed Tuner's can also only be Used in Speed Synchro Summoning.

 

 

 

Synchro's:

Effect:1 Speed Synchron+1 or more non-Speed Tuners

This card can only be Synchro Summoned.When this card is Synchro Summoned while "Speed World #2" is on the Field your Opponent must Discard the Top 10 cards of their Deck,this monster can not Attack the Turn it is Summoned.If this card is Synchro Summoned while "Speed World #2" is not on the Field then you must Discard the Top 10 Cards of your Deck.While this card is on the Field all Speed Tuner Monsters can not be Affected by your Opponent's Spells or Traps.By Discarding 1 card from your Hand this card can not be Destroyed this turn.If you use this effect you must Discard the Top and Bottom Card of Your Deck to the Graveyard the next time this card Attacks.If this card does not Attack on your Turn then it loses 800 ATK Points.

Effect:1 Speed Tuner+1 or more non-Speed Tuner Monsters

This card can only be Synchro Summoned.When this card is Summoned while "Speed world #2" are on the Field,your Opponent Removes from Play the Top 10 cards of their Deck.You mus tDiscard the Top 2 Cards of your Deck each turn(this is not Optional).While this card is on the Field if you have more Life Points then your Opponent you must Discard 2 Cards in your Hand,if your Life Points are Lower than your Opponent you can add 1 Speed Tuner monster from Deck,Graveyard or is Removed from Play to your Hand.

It's looking good so far, I don't know why people are complaining about the pic, it looks good to me.

 

You have slight OCG, and that is my only complaint about things you must change in your new set. On the first card, you said Points after "Gain 300 ATK"

dont cap opponent,destroyed,result,turn,activated.cap Tribute.take out points after you say gain 500 ATK or something like that.other errors 6/10
