Your saying it is useless' date=' yet over powered. I think it is fine, considering most effect lvl's would bo considered limited at 4000 and a great effect. So in the game, most likely it be limited [due to great attack and defence.'] However, the lack of effect does bering enough drawback for this card so itm isn't the worst card that ever walked the earth because it could destroy anything and everything.
