Catman25
Has anyone ever noticed that in the shows, mainly the first couple seasons, they don't follow the actual card effects? They like make up effects for cards that are really weird and don't make sense.
Phantom Roxas
*facedesk* That's what they ALWAYS did.
TAG
Some well known examples I can think of:-Bonz activates Call of the Haunted as a Spell card, says it's a Spell Card, then resurrects his monsters as Zombies that are revived with more and more ATK each time they were destroyed.-Yugi fires Gaia the Dragon Champion from Catapult Turtle into the Castle of Dark Illusions and destroys the ring that keeps it afloat. It falls on top of all of Panic's monsters and inflicts damage to him equal to the combined attack off all the monsters. WTF?!-Yugi attacks the Mystical Moon, which is a Spell Card, with the Giant Soldier of Stone. The moon shatters and reverses the tide brought in by Umi, making all of Mako's monsters a perfect target for a Curse of Dragon/Burning Land combo, allowing the Curse of Dragon to roast all of the othr monsters. Death Metal
Maybe they were on acid when they were trying to read the effects.

SliferMigi
You guys obviously dont realise that the first season of Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters was based around a more of a role playing type of game from the manga, but they didnt actually mention that in the anime, and thats why everything is messed up there. Like when Yugi fused Mammoth Graveyard with Kaibas Blue Eyes Ultimate so it became weaker. If that rerly happened then it wud make sense, I'm thinking you wud be a lot weaker if you had a rotting corpse stuck inside you too.
jamief
i'd say the yugioh shows are an error, rather than them having erroes

Seth
Tag, Mai had put a different perfume on ALL of her cards so she could tell which one was which.
RuroKens
Another example is the crush card destorying all the monsters in the deck, instead of just forcing the player to throw away certain cards for three turns. Or Kuriboh/Muliply combo make thousands of Kuriboh that made the perfect defense, or how Kuriboh explode on the Thousand Eye Res, blinding the beast. But what's more annoying is that Yugi seemed to ALWAYS pull a victory card to win. Fusing the Dark Magician with the Flame Swordsman is a great example... Cin
Only true error in the whole of YGO. (Probably). Guys remember TCG/OCG =/= Anime simple as that, so if its a difference between Anime and TCG effect its not an error. And remember CyDar was changed to match the TCG/OCG effect. Haou Vs Jim, miscalc left Haou winning by 50 lifepoints, which he didn't have. (Dub tried to correct the error)
