There's this guy who's really strong and stuff, but he gets into a bus accident and he is almost dead. A scientist saves him, but since his face was deformed, he had to remake it for him. He tried to look for a picture of him, but only found a girl's picture in his pocket and used that instead. Now, he's a girl, and apparently, he's the twin sister of a girl that he knows, so he's stuck with her for the whole time until they find her REAL twin sister. During the course of the school year, lots of guys like the new girl (which is the guy), but since he's a girl, he can't just tell the truth, so he's forced to cope with being a girl for a long time, and since he is extremely strong in fighting and sports, everybody worships him and wants to be his boyfriend (because they don't know that she's a guy).
