Genin- Starts out as oneChunin- Is active in the Club, and RP's we makeJounin- Has participated in RP's, posts in club frequently.Special Jounin- Made it through a RP, is active in the ClubThen, they may choose a member.This is to see if they are going to be active in the Organization.Also, I would recommend more Spoilers, to make the first post more smaller.
