WOW! I dont have to read books. My teachers dont keep grades for reading

Well duh, no teacher grades your reading. At least, not for my last couple of years. We only read when we have book reports, and that doesn't come often.

What grades are you all in? I have to re-read Chapters One and Two JUST to summarize it.

Pre-Ap? What is that?

In Canada, nobody teaches German.

Choir is not a course for us, it is simply a club, where anybody can join, with musical experience.

For Algebra, we do not have a separate course for that. It's all stuck inside math.

I'm assuming Outdoors Education is Gym or Physical Education?

Biology is taught at Grade 11 and 12 only for us.

Looking at your choices, your not in Canada or possibly the U.S., are you?

Ah, interesting.

In Canada, Grade 9 and 10 doesn't matter to Universities or Colleges at all, they mainly look at your Grade 12 marks (about 80% is based on it), and then the rest on Grade 11. The courses we take in Grade 11 and 12 are already sorted into 11/12C, 11/12M, or 11/12U. C is for College, M is for Mixed; which is, for Colleges, but Universities also look at it, and U is for University.

We don't have things like Advanced Placements. But we do have special courses you need to apply for. I applied for Peer Leadership, which is where you help the teacher teach a class, or help out in the class in general.

I don't think any school in Canada does things like Outdoors ED.

Some other High Schools around the region DO offer Advanced Courses, though. My friend takes pretty much all Advanced, and a couple of even Post-Advanced courses, which I forgot the name to. Some specific term. They are extremely difficult, and WAY past the University level.

well that is true with most colleges, they only look at 11th and 12th grade transcripts, but some do look at 10th grade transcripts.... as for me:

i'm in 10th grade

alg2/trig= algebra 2/trigonometry

chemistry

art 1 :D

english II

world history

honors french II

and a stupid religion class....

my school goes like this

earth science--> biology--> chemistry--> anatomy/AP bio

alg 1--> geometry--> alg2 or alg2/trig-pre-calc

freshmen can start with alg 2/trig but not that many do

and french is really easy for me though, so thats why i take it

well actually, what i listed was like for the lowest of the low classes, theres a lot of other AP classes that i didnt list
