Neiko
Wiggles has a half and half move set so meh. He has a Higher Hp stat. Speed is lower than usual. Wigglytuff=Raichu I'd say even match =/
The_Prince_of_Death
Raichu can learn fighting type moves and defeat Wigglytuff plus raichu could use volttackle and thunder.
Guest Tiger
Wigglytuff can learn some fighting type moves. Thunder couldn't take down Wigglytuff in one turn.
MasterOfMagicians
Thunder couldn't, but normal-types are weak to fighting-type attacks. However, with Wigglytuff's wide-move pool, it can easily learn moves to protect itself from such attacks for at least 1 turn. Also, if used in a 2 on 2 battle, Wigglytuff can be used 1 of 2 ways.1) It can be used to take the majority of damage to allow for you to switch out easier in battles and still provide awesome coverage with 2 pokemon attacking.2) It can be used as an Attack side. While your opponent is beating down on your Raichu, your Rhyperior, your Darkrai, your Wigglytuff is sending wave after wave of attack at your opponent, with a variety of moves (because he didn't expect such trouble out of a simple wigglytuff). Wigglytuff is versitile and very very effective in almost any kind of battle, thus making it superior to Raichu.
Guest Tiger
I guess you might be correct.
Flame Dragon
Thunder couldn't' date=' but normal-types are weak to fighting-type attacks. However, with Wigglytuff's wide-move pool, it can easily learn moves to protect itself from such attacks for at least 1 turn.[b']If it protects itself that normally means that it used a move, namely protect, so it would have just burned a turn. Wigglytuff is slow so if you aren't protecting yourself, you will be hit, and it will hurt since it's defenses are so bad.[/b]Also, if used in a 2 on 2 battle, Wigglytuff can be used 1 of 2 ways.1) It can be used to take the majority of damage to allow for you to switch out easier in battles and still provide awesome coverage with 2 pokemon attacking.Their are many other pokemon that can do this. I don't understand what the rest of what your saying means.2) It can be used as an Attack side. While your opponent is beating down on your Raichu, your Rhyperior, your Darkrai, your Wigglytuff is sending wave after wave of attack at your opponent, with a variety of moves (because he didn't expect such trouble out of a simple wigglytuff).Wigglytuff can't attack. Well it can, but it's base attack stats are average at best. The worse it can do is give a Status condition or stall Wigglytuff is versitile and very very effective in almost any kind of battle, thus making it superior to Raichu.Wigglytuff is versitile, but it isn't that effective. Yankee
I totallt think Raichu, Tough fight, but, with the right moves, even a tough wigglytuff can't stand up to a Raichu. ;)
Pikachu
Alright, lets start a debate, shall we? 1. Raichu is fast, nearly maxes the speed stat, which can have the higher oppotunity to attack Wigglytuff. All Wigglytuff can do is a) Do a weak Normal moveb) Protect, or just block the movec) Use a potion 2. True, thunder can't defeat Wigglytuff in one move, but the attack power of most electric type is high, when I mean i mean HIGH 3. Raichu can learn fighting type moves and can easily beat Wigglytuff wow, what a debate
