go to paint.. edit or something and page setup.. type in size: 61 and print it out.. glue it to the front of a yugioh card. thats wat i do! i duel my friends with them.. they let me and its fun..

If you play a game like LackeyCCG on the PC then you can add your cards in that. But other than that your only option to use them in real life is to print them out and stick them onto card or something. It may even be possible to buy the actual type of card the real ones use, in which case you could print out the front and back of a card onto it and use that instead of destroying another card. They aren't likely to be allowed in tournaments though. They seem to have this thing about only accepting "legit" cards!
