This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand to your opponent's side of the field in Attack Position by also Special Summoning 1 monster from your Graveyard in Attack Position. Control of this face-up card cannot switch.

A Lv 4 beatstick. That's a lot of ATK power for a Lv 4. The other beat sticks has a very strict requirement alike it'll be destroyed at the end of the turn. And that's Giant Kozaky, a very well balanced card but I don't think anyone would play him, but this card they would play. :(

 

It's like Mataza the Sapper (Control of this monster cannot switch.)

Thank god this card cannot attack twice or it'll be an even much more overpowered Level 4 Beatstick for your opponent.

I gave this card as much muscle as I could muster. I want a playable card, while validating the concept of generic revival.

Basically, you get a free Shallow Grave that you can control. The card can give you too much advantage.

A Shallow Grave I can control? Hardly. 2400 ATK isn't easy to shrug off.

Well, this card can stand up to a Monarch. Good start. Since its control cannot switch, you can't steal it back and get a huge advantage. Also good. Its DEF is low to compensate for its high ATK - and this monster can be Special Summoned in Defense Mode. Good setup for Piercers. Pretty strategic card - especially if you have a monster like DMoC, Malicious Edge, or Disc Commander in your Graveyard.

Well, you do highlight the fact that it could be Special Summoned in Defense Position. So now I'm thinking about it being Special Summoned in Attack Position only.

 

Is that giving too much leverage to my opponent? Or not?

I would go with only being able to Special Summoned in Attack Position. Since its DEF is low, it would seem overpowered since it gives you a free summon that can MORE THAN LIKELY just walk over "Anti Orthodox" - especially if you pulled a Piercing monster out. :?

 

I don't think it gives your opponent too much leverage. It perfectly balances out the card. You get a monster and they get a 2400 ATK Beatstick/Tribute fodder.
