Here it came out on the 12 [i am in the US] but you have to give time for Wal-Mart to unpack everything. Walmart is useless. I love how they make Copycat such an easy card to get! It is an awesome starter deck, but it needs to be tweeked. Like in mine I took out a few cards and added in a few more Sakuretsu Armors, and some bettter 3 and lower monsters.
