This cards ATK and DEF is equal to the number of cards in your Graveyard x250pts. If this card is destroyed you may special summon one "Angelic Death Pheonix" from your deck or hand. This card can not be normal summoned or set. This card can not be special summoned except by the effect of"Shadow God-Pheonix of The Sun".
