Bio (At least 2 lines long) : Tanju was born in the lower class, Tsuma family but one of the elders learnt that his Element Type was Fire which is considered holy in the Village Hidden in the Stars. He was then taken into the main family of the village, where he would learn the Hoshigan, a technique that allows the user the ability to enlarge the electrical currents that his/her brain creates to provide a link with them and any star under their gaze. Allowing them to gain large amounts of chakra and physical strength, making it different from the usual dojutsu.

Once every 3 weeks one of 7 special stars appear in the sky, when all seven appear Tanju has the ability to use the Dance of the 7th Star which hightens his Hoshigan to a great extent. His signature move the Death Wheel, is done by using the Shadow Item Clone Jutsu to create multiple kunais which flips into the air hence the name wheel and as they fall he throws them rapidly at his foes.

 

Raikage and Otokage are needed. Just add in this part in your form.

Element Type: Fire

Bio: A member of the Zeros clan. The Zeros clan specializes in unique fire jutsus which are more powerful than normal fire type jutsu. Hyoma's kenkai genkai is incredibly rare. The Doregon allows the user to turn part dragon or full. He is the only member of his clan with the Doregan. His kenkai genkai increases his strength, speed, deffense, and may even give the ability to fly.

Bio (At least 2 lines long) : She watched her mother died at the tender age of 5, by the hands of her father. She ran away the next day after her father swore on his life he would kill her too. She was taken in by a small foster family of boys, who seemed very kind at the time, but after a month they started abusing her. She ran away at 13 and never looked back. She joined the closest village to her which was Amegakure, and trained with an old lady, in exchange she helped at the old lady's resturant. She still blames herself for the death of her mother. Her faveourite finishing move is Water Rope Jutsu, she creates a whip of water and slashes her enimies with it, cutting through even steel.

Bio (At least 2 lines long) : A kid who some people hated, others liked him. He lived a carefree life up until his clan the died. Now he tries to avenge his clan, seeking the person who killed them. He trained Day and Night to perfect his justus so he can avenge his clan. When he became a ninja, his only goal currently was to find this clans killer and kill that person. His Fire can burn through everything thanks to his Kekei Genkai: Shinra Bansho, which enhances his abitlities, and gives him the Power of Darkness. This Kekei Genkai is very rare among his clan, for only one other person recieved the Shinra Bansho, his brother. But his brother is still alive, because he wasn't at the time when his clan was murdered. Or was he?

Years ago he was also a tortured victim of Orochimaru, which somehow caused his body to be able to control three different jutsu elements, a fact he used to become the next Otokage, hoping to make it the strongest village alive, and get rid of any remaining remnants of Orochimaru.

Bio: Jijn was born into the clan called [spoiler=Masaya]Powers: Able to control nature elements, like wood, grass etc. etc. Each member of this clan can control different elements of Nature to a certain degree and use it in battle, some can only control 1 element, some can more. Each time you get stronger, the control of the element of yours rises. To use this, you don't have to make hand sings, only to be in contact with that element when you are going to use that element in battle or somewhere else while channeling chakra into it and imaging what you want it to do it.

Mostly, Jijn uses Earthen elements (wood, grass, mud, rocks etc. etc.), but he can also use water, but that's to a certain degree, but he's still training on it. For today, he has mastered the control of the Earthen elements.

Each ninja has 1 Elemental type, it's said in the manga. Take Naruto or Kakashi for example.

 

And I didn't notice that Seth had 3 Elemental types.

No, his Kekkei Genkai allows him to control Earthen elements and Water elements, the Kekkei Genkai doesn't affect his Elemental type.
