Monster line-up looks OK but the Spell and Trap line-up needs improvements.

First off, you should stick to a deck around 40 cards in size.

This is meant to be Traditional right? If it is heres the line-ups you should use:

Spells: 12

1x Pot of Greed

1x Graceful Charity

1x Painful Choice

1x Raigeki

2x Summoner's Art

1x Raigeki OR 1x Dark Hole

1x Harpie's Feather Duster OR 1x Heavy Storm

1x Monster Reborn

1x Premature Burial

1x Mystical Space Typhoon

1x Lightning Vortex

Traps: 8

1x Mirror Force (Glad you have it)

3x Threatening Roar (better than Waboku)

3x Common Charity

1x Call of the Haunted

If you dont have Threatening Roars, get them. They are very effective against Gladiator Beasts and they are chainable like Waboku. Waboku also helps Gladiator Beasts and that is not what you want to do. Dont use Blue-Eyes Ultimate in here. It is very situational in a deck like this and wont help much.

Here's what the deck should look like after the changes:

Monsters: 21

3x Blue-Eyes White Dragon

1x Spiral Serpent

2x Frostasaurus

3x Alien Shocktrooper

3x Gene Warped Werewolf

3x Gladiator Beast Andal

3x Luster Dragon

3x Sabersaurus

Spells: 12

1x Pot of Greed

1x Graceful Charity

1x Painful Choice

1x Raigeki

2x Summoner's Art

1x Raigeki OR 1x Dark Hole

1x Harpie's Feather Duster OR 1x Heavy Storm

1x Monster Reborn

1x Premature Burial

1x Mystical Space Typhoon

1x Lightning Vortex

Traps: 8

1x Mirror Force

3x Threatening Roar

3x Common Charity

1x Call of the Haunted

Its a 41 card deck but its better to have a 41 card deck with Pot of Greed than a 40 card deck without it.

If you want to fit Skill Drain in here you could drop any 2 Normal Monsters.

Here's how I would build it with Skill Drain.

Monsters: 19

3x Blue-Eyes White Dragon

1x Spiral Serpent

2x Frostasaurus

3x Alien Shocktrooper

3x Gene Warped Werewolf

3x Gladiator Beast Andal

3x Luster Dragon

1x Sabersaurus

Spells: 12

1x Pot of Greed

1x Graceful Charity

1x Painful Choice

1x Raigeki

2x Summoner's Art

1x Raigeki OR 1x Dark Hole

1x Harpie's Feather Duster OR 1x Heavy Storm

1x Monster Reborn

1x Premature Burial

1x Mystical Space Typhoon

1x Lightning Vortex

Traps: 10

1x Mirror Force

3x Threatening Roar

3x Common Charity

1x Call of the Haunted

2x Skill Drain

If you want to make it faster, you could drop both Frostosaurus' and replace with any 2 strong Level 8 Normal Monsters. This would allow you to use the Trade-In Draw engine. Preferably to fit the 3 Trade-In's in here, I would drop the Lightning, the Painful Choice and maybe the Mystical Space Typhoon. You can safely run 3 Trade-In with only 6 targets.
