Tristan finds The Bisto Butcher!

Major lolz at first glance, but what about when you use it with Creature Swap, Mystic Box, or Shien's Spy? I see a really good card. And I want to abuse it. The idea came to me like this:

What if I attacked it with a Mystic Tomato? I could get two free cards, summon a Newdoria, ram him, then attack directly with my other Monsters. But wait! Couldn't I just use Mystic Tomato to summon another Tomato? And then another? Then I could draw 6 cards, then ram Newdoria and attack directly. I was satisfied enough at that point but today, I thought about it a bit more.

What if I didn't summon New Doria, and summoned Goblin Zombie over and over instead? Then I could draw 12 cards! Hold on... I can keep on summoning strings of searchers for more and more cards!

So I started to think of strings of searchers which I could ram, so I could draw tons of cards, as long as I have the life points to do so. Here is my longest string so far; it only takes three easily obtained cards to pull off, but also a hella lot of Life Points:

- Activate Mystic Box, and switch Bistro Butcher to the opponent's side of the field

- Summon Nova Summoner, attack, repeat two more times

- Summon Shining Angel, attack, repeat two more times

- Summon UFOroid, attack, repeat two more times

- Summon UFO Turtle, attack, repeat two more times

- Summon Masked Dragon, attack, repeat two more times

- Summon Troop Dragon, attack, repeat two more times

That 36 cards!!! In other words your whole deck minus four cards! Pot of Greed is a +1. Big deal. This combo is a +33! Exodia anybody?

If anybody can find a longer string of searchers, then I will +3 rep you. Of course, this combo is not to be taken seriously, not yet at least. I would have to make a custom deck just for it, and somehow get over the lifepoint cost.

Discuss.

Situational, dead draws, etc.

On-topic, closest I could get was:

Giant Rat > Warrior lady of the Wasteland > Shien Foot Soldier

Wow, very nice combo. Still ridiculously situational, but I could see an Exodia deck using maxed copies of every card in your combo, and then devoting pretty much the rest to draw power to quickly get the cards needed for the beginning of the combo.

Also, don't forget the cards you draw in your opening hand. This combo alone would be enough to ensure that you get exodia (though you might accidentally deck out)

Wait, I got it.

Giant Rat x3 -> Howling Insect x3 -> Flying Kamikiri #1 x3 -> Troop Dragon x3 -> Soul Rope into Nova Summoner x3 -> Shining Angel x3 -> UFOroid x3 -> UFO Turtle x3 -> Masked Dragon x3.

That's 54 cards! XD Sure way of deckout since the limit's 60 and you start with 6, so you can stop wherever you want. ^_^

Use Rainbow Life with this to reverse the damage you take.

Soul Rope's effect: Activate only by paying 1000 Life Points when a monster you control [Troop Dragon] is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard. Special Summon 1 Level 4 monster [Nova Summoner] from your Deck.

I don't see why not.

Maybe I didn't word that properly

Giant Rat -> Giant Rat -> Giant Rat -> Howling Insect -> Howling Insect -> Howling Insect -> Flying Kamikiri #1 -> Flying Kamikiri #1 -> Flying Kamikiri #1 -> Troop Dragon -> Troop Dragon -> Troop Dragon w/ Soul Rope -> Nova Summoner -> Nova Summoner -> Nova Summoner -> Shining Angel -> Shining Angel -> Shining Angel -> UFOroid -> UFOroid -> UFOroid -> UFO Turtle -> UFO Turtle -> UFO Turtle -> Masked Dragon -> Masked Dragon -> Masked Dragon.

-> indicates that it's suiciding into Bistro Butcher to draw cards and cycle out another monster.

Unnerstan nao?

I understand. Soul Rope doesn't work that way. It can't be activated during the damage step.

- Summon Nova Summoner, attack, repeat two more times~400x3=1200

- Summon Shining Angel, attack, repeat two more times~400x3=1200

- Summon UFOroid, attack, repeat two more times~600x3=1800

- Summon UFO Turtle, attack, repeat two more times~400x3=1200

- Summon Masked Dragon, attack, repeat two more times~400x3=1200

- Summon Troop Dragon, attack, repeat two more times~1100x3=3300

-Total damage>1200+1200+1800+1200+1200+3300=8700

~youll lose the duel before this combo can be completly executed.....

Wow, I left for a two days to my friend's house's, and now I'm back and this thread still hasn't gone down. The unnecicarily long string of searchers was an example of how much you can draw out of this combo, not my actual plan. Seeing to Bistro-Exodia is pretty popular, I'm going to make one, but it will use only about three or four different searchers to prevent drawing them up, along with the usual Exodia staples.

My first plan was to add Bistro to a Zombie Deck, so I could Creature Swap him, Mesuki into a Pyramid Turtle, ram for more Turtles, then ram three Goblin Zombies, and end with a Zombie Master, an opponent's monster, and 12 cards in my hand.

Goblin doesn't Special Summon to the field. That wouldn't work.

Over time' date=' it would, but not as well as just summoning to the field. That is why Nova Summoner + Shining Angel is the best bet, since both can summon out each other.

Protip: Mantiloop Exodia is better.

As I was saying, the combo with Exodia is not to be taken seriously yet. There is much to be done right now with the strategy.

I figured out this combo about nine months ago when I was new to the game and made an Exodia deck dedicated to it, using the Nova Summoner ---> Troop Dragon chain. It was horribly inconsistent and constantly tripped over itself because I drew into my searchers, breaking the chain.

Not to mention that it's obviously inferior to Mantiloop.
