SushiTheLegend Posted August 4, 2007 Report Share Posted August 4, 2007 It means that the server is being overloaded because of lots of people using it all at once. It used to only affect the forum and not the Card Maker. However to do it without using the site you can download the downloadable Card Maker, but it isn't as good.
