Rules: only types used in the TCG/OCG are allowed[ex: Toon, Psychic, Effect]-Card will be rated based on the balance of the card, and uniqueness.-Lv 5+ monsters Must include tributing/removing an Light and/or Dark monster from the field/grave to summon.-Light/Dark non-chaos monsters must be Tuners and Lv 4, help with summoning Chaos Monsters, or gain effects by removing Light/Dark Monsters from play from the grave.
