Phantasy Dreamz Posted October 11, 2008 Report Share Posted October 11, 2008 oh...so the contest starts now... well..... if your planning to used the same idea as stated awhile ago..then its...:-Must be LV monsters and must be Dragons-Must have a Spell or Trap that Specifically levels it up--EX: "Level Up"...... but must designate your Dragons in the text but if you dont want that....... then just forget that and host a normal lv dragon contest..
