JerryFreelance
I was looking through the TAEV spoiler, and realized... A lot of these cards have similar effects to cards that have already been made. First, the effect-less monsters. Can Konami really not think of effects for them? And are just covering that lack up with fancy support cards for retar- I mean normal [no disrespect intended] monsters? Then, look at the little baby chrysalises; they all have the same effect except they special summon someone different! And the Gemini monsters have no unique effects... What the heck? Guest Star
Most of the cards in TAEV are the same...... but, the Geminis seem cool. Personally, i'd rather wait for GLAS because of Cloudians/Gladial Beasts
Static
This game will be going nowhere until they make new hand related effects instead of field focused ones like they have for 99% of the game.
JerryFreelance
Yeah, but what kinds of special hand effects do you think they could think up?
TotalObelisk
The best way to develop effects is to think what it focuses on, like the hand or graveyard. It would be original to create an effect that targets something new...
Guest Star
Ya but what is there really? LP, Hand, Field, Graveyard, Deck...What else can they design effects for?
JerryFreelance
RFG. They could also add something vaguely new... Like, IDK maybe like, "Target the mind" 0.o lol

Kallan
I think Konami is running out of ideas... All the cards they are making have nearly the same effects of older cards...

Guest Star
Although their "cute" they suck horrbily. The only good cards in that are Rainbow, can't believe no one mention Mirror Gate!!, That Spellcaster thing i heard is good, and Neos Alius. TotalObelisk
Mirror gate is good, it's one of the few good cards Judai has, but I can also see it getting banned or limited.
Guest Star
no, its not that good. what puzzles me is why everyone thinks rainbow dragon should be banned.
Kocrow17
Not all the Normal Monsters in the set are bad. Hunter Dragon really helps Cyber Dark monsters. One equipped with him as 2500 ATK!!! I want to make a Cyberdark deck now to test this out. I was looking through the TAEV spoiler' date=' and realized... A lot of these cards have similar effects to cards that have already been made. chaoserver
Gemini's fail at life. I think the only one I might even consider was the fiend that revives fiends. Still, junky. I dont like the set, it has cool looking and cute looking stuff but very few of it is playable at all. Fortuneteller is vastly the best card here. HORUS
yeah they are definitely running out of ideas. i mean, theyre making different cards that are like Raigeki, except they require 4 other cards or many conditions for them to work. pitiful. chaoserver
Luckily fortunetellers a common, though it deserves to be an ultra in the set. Getting three shouldn't be too tough, though I smell a limit on it.
