Mr. Judgment Dragon
This first build just uses Royal Oppression. I'm working on another build that uses both Oppresion and Skill Drain. 「tea.leaf」
^ Stay out of this thread, please. As for the deck, I think Assailant is a good choice, and Black Horn makes a nice tech. However, I'm worried that this deck might be a "choppy," or slow, since you only have one Summon per turn. Perhaps Ultimate Offering can give you some more field presence? 「tea.leaf」
You can't. We will decide what we want, when we want, and you'll have no hand in influencing that.

As for the slowness, that's what I would be worried about the most. Brain Control and Soul Exchange can also help give me Tributes for Monarchs. I'll test it without Ultimate Offering and then with Ultimate Offering. Anyway, here's the Oppression / Skill Drain Deck. Fusions: 1 1x Any Neos Fusion Monster (NO FUSION SUMMON INVOLVED) Monsters: 16 3x Honest3x Elemental Hero Neos Alius3x Elemental Hero Prisma2x Elemental Hero Captain Gold1x Elemental Hero Stratos2x Elemental Hero Neos2x Exiled Force Spells: 13 2x Skyscraper3x Emergency Call1x Giant Trunade2x Hand Destruction2x Reinforcement of the Army1x Lightning Vortex2x Righteous Justice Traps: 13 2x Royal Opression2x Skill Drain3x Dark Bribe3x Black Horn of Heaven3x Hero Blast This is a Hero / Oppression / Skill Drain Deck. I'm in the process of testing it.
「tea.leaf」
^ Well, talk about interesting. What's the objective behind dumping Neos?
Mr. Judgment Dragon
Prisma dumps Neos for Hero Blast. It is chainable, it recovers an E-Hero (in this case Neos) and blasts a monster with ATK less than that of in this case Neos. If a Dark Armed Dragon, Judgment Dragon, Gyzarus or Heraklinos for example hits the field, Royal Oppression or Black Horn of Heaven can deal with them. 「tea.leaf」
That's pretty clever right there, I forgot about Hero Blast for a minute. It's certainly better than what I had in mind, which would've been a bunch of Fusiliers, Ohkas, and other beat sticks with Oppression and Skill Drain. This idea is quite innovative. Mr. Judgment Dragon
The Monarch Oppression Deck is very good against Gladiator Beasts. It is able to consistently disrupt the Darius Loop and stop the summoning of Gyzarus as well as the summoning of Heraklinos. I'm now gonna test it against Dark Armed Dragon. Sixty
Well this thread sure has gotten popular overnight. As for Goldshine's Anti-GB project... I like the original idea behind the Hero deck, but the Monarch deck and it's all-about-stopping-Special-Summoning qualities... I can't decide which would be better... Tekken Ham
Teehee, you get more noobs that attempt to join than us. Would you like to affiliate with Team Angry Mudkipz though?

「tea.leaf」
^ That's an odd proposal; aren't we supposed to be rivals? Well this thread sure has gotten popular overnight. As for Goldshine's Anti-GB project... I like the original idea behind the Hero deck' date=' but the Monarch deck and it's all-about-stopping-Special-Summoning qualities... Sixty
I can't help but think that Rivalry of Warlords would be a nice tech against GB's, since almost all GB's are different types... What do you guys think?
Tekken Ham
I'd rather use a GB deck to counter GB. Mind Control, B-Con, E-Con, Creature Swap etc. Stealing their guys to fuse into Gyz. Or using them to tag into Murmillio, Holpomus, or Bestiari (Which all generate some sort of advantage).
Sixty
Wait. If you take control of an opponent's GB, and tag out with it, would it return to your deck? If it does, that would be lulz.
Tekken Ham
It goes to their's. But it gets rid of their monster for your advantage.
