I played my neo spacian glow moss (Don't Ask Why) and ended my turn. Then my opponent plays neo spacian dark panther and copys glow mosses effect then attacks glow moss and i draw a monster and my opponent draws a spell. What happens?

both effects form a chain, your opponent has priority so his effect is chain link one. Your effect is chain link 2.

So first of all you draw and you draw a monster, thus the battle phase ends

Your opponent then draws and draws a spell. However the battle phase has already ended and the attack cannot go through
