First member to join gets +2 reps and Lt. status. Person after that gets +1 rep and captain status. From there on, there will be no reps or statuses given out, because we will have the chain of command, so all that's left is to build the army.Chain of command state:1- General:Metal Lord 2- Lt.:GHawk XIII 3- Captain:Chaos Master Ygo Let's build the army!
