Here is my entry:CARD TEXT1 Tuner monster + 1 or more Thunder-Type monstersWhen this card is Synchro Summoned, flip all face-down monsters on the field face-up. Flip Effects are not activated at this time. Increase the ATK of this card by 200 for each Effect Monster on the field. Chaos Master Ygo
i'll join this contest. I will choose Option 3
Skeletal Ghost FiendThis card cannot be Special Summoned unless you control 2 Fiend-Type monsters. When this card is destroyed as a result of battle, equip this card to a face-up Fiend-Type monster you control. Increase the ATK of the equipped monster by 300. When the equipped monster destroys a monster as a result of battle place 1 Ghost Counter on this card. You can Release this card with 3 Ghost Counters to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Fiend-Type monster from your hand and increase it's ATK by 400.
Leaf Dragon of the Oak Tree1 Tuner Monster + 2 or more Plant-Type non-Tuner MonsterWhen this card is Synchro Summoned, you can discard 1 monster card from your hand. When a Plant-Type monster you control is targeted by an effect of a Spell Card, you can remove the discarded monster from play to negate it's effect and destroy the card. When this card destroys a monster as a result of battle, place 1 Oak Tree Counter on this card. When a monster you control is targeted by an effect of a Spell or Trap Card, you can remove 3 Oak Tree Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 "Leaf Dragon Token" (Plant-Type/EARTH/Level 1/ATK 100/DEF 500) in Defense Position. The "Leaf Dragon Token" cannot be used as a Tribute for a Tribute Summon (or Set). You can Release 1 “Leaf Dragon Token” you control to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Plant-Type monster from your Graveyard and increase it’s ATK by 350. ╬「Selatcia」╬
I chose option 2.
1 EARTH Tuner monster + Assault Mech - Type A + Cyber FlamethrowerThis monster's ATK and DEF are equal to the number of monsters in your Graveyard x300. This monster cannot attack your opponent directly if there are more than 10 monsters in his/her Graveyard. If this monster attacks a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than this monster's ATK, your opponent loses Life Points equal to the difference. If your opponent loses Life Points this way, roll 2 six sided dice. Activate the following effect based on the result:-2: Destroy this monster.-3: This monster cannot attack during your next Battle Phase.-4: Your opponent gains Life Points equal to the number of cards in his/her hand x100-5: Control of this monster switches to your opponent until your next Standby Phase.-6: Switch this monster to Defense Position.-7: This monster must attack during your next Battle Phase. If your opponent loses Life Points, you lose Life Points equal to half this monster's ATK.-8: You cannot Summon a monster next turn.-9: Remove this monster from play until your next End Phase.-10: Discard the top 6 cards of your Deck. You lose Life Points equal to the number of level 7 or higher monsters discarded x300-11: The ATK and DEF of all your opponent's monsters are halved until your next End Phase.-12: Destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on the field.
These aren't Tuners, but they help with the summoning.
This monster cannot be Advance Summoned except by releasing 1 level 3 or lower Machine-Type monster you control. During the End Phase that this monster was Summoned, flip a coin. Activate the following effect:-HEADS: Destroy 1 monster your opponent controls. ~ P O L A R I S ~
I'd like to enter. ^_^ http://img227.imageshack.us/img227/9184/76110yt2.jpg' alt='76110yt2.jpg'> If this card was Special Summoned by the effect of "Valhalla, Hall of the Fallen", double the ATK of this card. When this card destroys a monster your opponent controls by battle, you gain Life Points equal to the Level of the destroyed monster x 200. I thought I'd continue where Premium Pack 2 left off with some more Fairy support. ^_^

Junk Raver
^_^ The Results are In!! Winners are as follows: Hunter - 2nd Place Tectonix - 1st Place I have decided to not have a 3rd Place, sadly i could not decide upon a single entry to place there. All entrys were good, but i found many flaws with them. Many contained OCG / Grammar Errors, some contained unlogical thinking regarding the Synchro Summoning 'norm' and general process. Also there were some overpowering, and some too Basic. 1 person, not naming who, but i feel sort of lost the whole concept of Synchro Summoning. Another, i think 2 others actually, made cards with useless effects. Also 2 or 3 others, made cards quite overpowered. Tectonix, your card was brilliant, i really hoped for a Synchro monster was in 1st place initially when i made this contest, but i was surprised and outstanded by your card. I love the effect, its Unique, it has nice art, and good OCG. To the others, not all of you, but alot were making Level 4 Tuner Monsters, there is only 1 Level 4 Tuner monster in the TCG (Not in OCG), there is so for a reason. Synchro monsters have powerful effects (Goyo, Stardust, Rose) thus they are ment to be challenging to Summon, having a Level 4 Synchro means all you need is the common Level 4 Deck monster and you can bang out Stardust or archfiend etc. I hope you enjoyed the contest, and the next one will be in a weeks time, to celebrate the upcoming Release of the Tins, that is, unless your British and have them already (like me :P ) Tune in Then! ^_^

Junk Raver
Can you say how my card was like? Cause I'm kinda sick from loosing in contests -.-" The images you used were ace, however it was 3 main factors which let the cards down. 1. You kept saying 'may' when 'can' should be used.2. your Tuner was a Lv4, if Level 3 it would have been better.3. Your Synchro can be seen as overpowered. Not only does it increase by 300 for each monster removed, but it inflicts major overpowering damage. for example: 5 monsters removed gives it a 1500 ATK increase, making it a powerhouse, then to top it off, by releasing a Level 4 N-Monster thats 2000 damage to your opponent, 2000 damage for a simple lv4 is alot, cards like 'dark warlock' only inflict 1000, and thats hard to summon. If you had said 'can', made your Tuner lv3 and reduced the damage or taken off the ATK increase, it would have made the top 3.
Parting Shot
Hmm, looking at your reasoning for Elsandero's card, mine would probably have been docked for the following reasons: 1. Level 4 Tuner2. Overpowered Tuner and/or Synchro No?
Junk Raver
Hmm' date=' looking at your reasoning for Elsandero's card, mine would probably have been docked for the following reasons: 1. Level 4 Tuner2. Overpowered Tuner and/or Synchro No?[/quote'] Like Elsandero, i loved the images you used, these were the faults i found with your cards: 1. Level 4 Tuner. 2. The Tuner Monsters effect, it confused me, i think it was the way it was worded. 'If you use this card in the Synchro Summon of a'...'increase or decrease this card's level' For you to synchro summon a Synchro you have to declare the levels of the monsters, the monsters your tributing and then do the work, but how can you declare and clarify the levels of the released monsters and the Synchro Monster you want to summon, if, during the act of it, the tuner's monster effect makes it gain or lose levels, it will affect the process. It is hard to explain, but if you get the general idea, it is not hard to understand. If it was worded like the following, it would have raised no questions: 'If you would Release this card to Synchro Summon a "Glyph" Synchro Monster, before this card is Released, this card can gain or lose 1 Level for each face-up "Glyph" Spell Card you control' or 'This card can gain or lose 1 Level for each face-up "Glyph" Spell Card you control. If you use this effect, this card must be immediately used for a Synchro Summon' It's basically the word 'use', if you use something its already partially in action, for its level to increase or decrease it should be still. 3. The Tuner is overpowered in my eyes, to flexible. 4. The Synchro is too efficient, it provides ultimate protection for the Glyph Spells, and lets you switch out like a tag team in a way.
