Raitetsu smirked a bit. Nicro was doing his part... now his real operation could begin.

"Send in the MECHs," he finally said aloud, absentmindedly tossing a scrying orb up and down. MECH stood for Mobile Energy Cannon Heavy-model. Their job was to fire immense blasts of energy at stationary targets while themselves moving away from any attacks that could level them through their impressive armor.

Glancing at his scrying orb, Raitetsu noted his soldiers climbing into their DIMEs. These were essentially flying microscopes, but with nothing in mind for the slide. DIME stood for Dual Impact Mine Extenders: combination energy-matter drills capable of digging wide tunnels in relatively short periods of time. These DIMEs were modified to eradicate their annoying tendency to slow down suddenly over rare minerals (they had been designed for miners, not soldiers), and built to dig slightly narrower tunnels. This would open the tunnel more quickly.

Soon, Saiku would be leveled before his assualt.

And he hadn't even had to stretch his mind to figure out how.

OoC: I figure this is sci-fi-ish based on the X-Rider; if not, replace flying with on-wheels and energy with magic. And it's kind of weird how Raiku said Kat would die on the X-Rider, and then hopped on himself without a care.
