Basic Overview

The story of Yu-Gi-Oh! Revelation takes place 5 years after the end of Yu-Gi-Oh! GX. This story will be in a darker tone than that of the original Yu-Gi-Oh! and the much, much lighter toned Yu-Gi-Oh! GX. Characters from both prior series will be making appearances in this story. Examples include Yugi Motou, Seto Kaiba, Mokuba Kaiba, Joey Wheeler, Jaden Yuki, & Maximillion Pegasus. Of course there will be other characters reappearing, I just can’t think of any others right off the top of my head. The story will bring closure to all the characters’ fates including some hints on where they have been to be absent in the events of GX. The following character will be the main protagonist of the story; this is his profile.

Name: Damon Ripley

Age: 21

Height: 5’9” (about 176 cm)

Weight: 132 lbs (78 kg)

Physical Features: Spiked Black Hair, Red Eyes, and Scar on top and bottom of left eye.

Blood Type: O+ (this isn’t relevant)

Personality: Serious, but caring at certain times; despises people who are arrogant, foolish and selfish.

Alignment: Good/Neutral (usually Good)

Deck Type: All-Around (built around Tyrant Dragon)

Favorite Monster: Tyrant Dragon (also his strongest)

Dueling Style: He uses Spells and Traps to either weaken his opponent’s monsters or strengthen his own.

Relationships: He is friends with Lenny. Lenny also sees him as a rival, Damon sees otherwise; but they can get along pretty well.

 

Next are the profiles of some supporting characters that are going to be introduced soon or a little soon into the story.

 

Name: Lenny Baxter

Age: 22

Height: 5’8” (172 cm)

Weight: 125 lbs (56 kg)

Physical Features: Fiery Red Hair, Orange Eyes, Flaming Apparel

Blood Type: B

Personality: Laidback, but can be serious when needed to be.

Alignment: Good

Deck Type: Fire

Favorite Monster: Ultimate Baseball Kid

Strongest Monster: Lava Golem

Dueling Style: He mostly uses his Traps and Monster Effects to inflict direct damage to his opponent’s Life Points, or in layman’s terms, he burns his opponent’s Life Points away.

Relationships: Friends with Damon. Lenny still wishes to avenge his loss to Damon at the hands of his infamous Tyrant Dragon in their unseen duel, but they can get along nicely.

 

Name: Mizura Nightingale

Age: 17

Height: 5’6” (167 cm)

Weight: 108 lbs (48 kg)

Physical Features: Glistening Light Blue hair in a ponytail, Blue Eyes, Blue clothes.

Blood Type: O+

Personality: Cute, gentle, kind; but she can have one bad temper.

Alignment: Good

Deck Type: Water

Favorite Monster: Mermaid Knight

Strongest Monster: Levia Dragon – Daedalus

Dueling Style: Her dueling style mainly focuses on removing her opponent’s monsters from the field or making her defense impermeable.

Relationships: Mizura befriends Damon after a duel they have in the story. She travels along with him and Lenny ever since.

 

This next person will be Damon’s number one rival. This is his profile.

 

Name: Hugo Locke

Age: 25

Height: 5’10”

Weight: 190 lbs

Physical Features: Spiky Grayish-Black Hair, Grey eyes, Black Long Coat

Blood Type: AB

Personality: Cold, selfish and cruel. He also gets arrogant.

Alignment: Neutral/Evil

Deck Type: Machine

Favorite Monster: Barrel Dragon

Strongest Monster: Perfect Machine King (Gatling Dragon if you count his fusions)

Dueling Style: Hugo tries to get his strongest monsters out quicker with his Machine Duplication strategy. When he does get his monsters out, he dominates every duel he’s in.

Relationships: After Hugo and Damon have their first battle, they have a fierce rivalry and borderline hatred of one another from then on.

 

 

Now it’s your turn to submit some characters. What I want are some more supporting characters, supporting antagonists and maybe some ideas on a main antagonist or two. But if you just wanna create a regular average joe character, that’s fine with me. I can’t seem to think of any villains right now so feel free to make the best villain or any other type of character. Be sure to PM me your character’s deck.

Physical Features: White Rifted Hair, Blue Eyes, Pale Skin.

Blood Type: B

Personality: Quiet, doesn't socialise much, caring.

Alignment: Good/Neutral.

Deck Type: Swarm & Burn Werewolf Deck

Favorite Monster: Werewolf Berserker

Strongest Monster: Alpha Werewolf - Nightstalker

Dueling Styles: He uses several monster and Spell/Trap effects to do damage and bring out more monsters, and uses his most powerful Werewolves to finish off.

Relationships: None really, but has many encounters with the protagonists.

 

P.S: The deck I'm using is my created Deck. If I can't use it, I will change Deck. *EDIT* He has a pet Wolf called Lycan.

Personality: Serious and evil he is controlled by the dark master but the real Abacus is good,king and caring.

Deck Type: destiny monarch (a monarch and destiny hero deck)

Favorite Monster: Destiny hero Bloo-D

Dueling Style: He uses special summons to get out his monarches and he uses his destiny heroes effects to bring down his opponent

Physical Features: Short, ruffled light brown hair, pale blue eyes, slightly muscular, favors sky blue and pale green, or white clothing, which is usually shorts and a T-shirt.

Blood Type: O+.

Personality: Quiet and shy, despite his rather large size. When his trust is gained it is unbreakable, but unfortunately he is gullible (due to his trust in almost anyone to do the right thing) and easily led. He is kind and caring, and has a poetic soul and is highly underconfident in himself.

Alignment: Varies. He is good at heart, but he is easily manipulated to believing that evil is the correct way to go. (Basically, I'm leaving this up to you).

Deck Type: Masterful Defenders. (Find them here.)

Favourite/Strongest Monster: Master of All Defenders.

Dueling Style: He utilizes his Spells (he does not use Traps, instead playing Quickplay Spells) to help protect his wall of monsters, until he can win in a single turn using his favourite card, Master of All Defenders. He is a very cautious duelist, afraid of every set card on the field.

Relationships: I'll leave this up to you. He does seem much like a sidekick kind of character, at least to me.

 

Sorry, the avatar's bad: I'm not used to the stuff, had no idea where anything was and plus most of my characters are more... in-depth. Anyway, with all these dark guys around, you need some average joe character or it gets too melodramatic.
