It no longer has to be exactly one or the other. After each Duel in a match, you can swap any card from your Side Deck with a card from your Main Deck to customize your strategy against your opponent. The number of cards in your Side Deck before and after you swap any cards must be exactly the same. In a tournament, for example, if you registered a seven-card Side Deck, then you must have exactly seven cards in your Side Deck before each game in the match, before and after swapping cards. Not sure why it was crossed out on that other website, but it is indeed changing. He doesn't jump to the conclusion that it's going to be auto 15. Second of all, why WOULDN'T you run 15 cards in your side deck? Third of all, was another thread really necessary for this? And if you read their source, you'd realize that they marked out the fact that the side deck was going to change.
