Sorry for the delay but I had to re-range my card.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 3 face-up monsters with the same type on your field. When this card's effect resolves, this card's type is changed to the Tributed monsters type. This card can only attack while there is 1 or more LIGHT monsters on your field. Decrease this card's ATK by 100 points if there is no LIGHT monsters on your field. Increase this card's ATK by 100 points if there is no DARK monsters on the field.

... Well, the OCG still needs work (you can't Tribute cards from your Deck), but again, main beef is type (Divine-Beast). You don't need a mega-powerful card to be accepted; in fact, I'd prefer if you offered a card that was more supportive than focused (i.e., Dark Grepher instead of Gragonith).

You can Special Summon this card from your hand if you have at least 2 monsters removed from play. When this card is Summoned, you can select 1 occupied Spell/Trap Card Zone on your opponent's side of the field. The card in the selected Card Zone is treated as a Seal (Cards treated as Seals cannot be selected as a target or be Released.)

You can Special Summon this card from your hand if you have at least 3 monsters removed from play. When this card is Summoned, you can select 1 unoccupied Card Zone on your opponent's side of the field. The selected Card Zone cannot be used as long as this card remains face-up on your side of the field except with the effect of a "Seal" monster. Once per turn, you can pay 1000 Life Points. If you do, you can select 1 monster you have removed from play and place it in the selected unnoccupied Card Zone on your opponent's side of the field. The monster is treated as a Seal (Cards treated as Seals cannot be selected as a target or be Released.) Once per turn, inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each Seal they control.

Only activate this card if there is a Seal on your opponent's side of the field. If the adjacent Card Zone on your opponent's side of the field is unnoccupied, place this card in that Card Zone, this card is treated as a Seal (Cards treated as Seals cannot be selected as a target or be Released.)

When this card is Summoned, count the number of Seals on your opponent's side of the field. For each 2 Seals, send 1 card from the top of your opponent's Deck to your removed from play pile. Once per turn, you can put 1 monster you have removed from play in an unnoccupied Monster Card Zone on your opponent's side of the field, it is treated as a Seal (Cards treated as Seals cannot be selected as a target or be Released.)

An expiramental concept, but I think it may be playable.. if not, I'll enter a different card. ^^

This card cannot be Special Summoned. When this card is Advanced Summoned neither player can activate Spell or Trap Cards. During a turn in which neither player activated a Spell or Trap Card neither player can los any Life Points. When a monster you control is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard you can Special Summon 1 monster from you hand with 2 Levels lower than the destroyed monster. During your End Phase both players must select 1 card from their hand, toss a coin and call it, if you called it right add the card your opponent selected to your hand, if you called it wrong your opponent adds the card you selected to their hand.

@UR: Ooh, a 746... It's close enough, I'll take it. Just remember that Master Rule OCG (Release/Advance Summon) is incorrect unless you're writing in Japanese. Choose your division.

@burningdrago: 334. I don't want mega-powerful cards; didn't I already say that? Dark Grepher > Gate Guardian, remember.

 

@All: Keep in mind that you'll be going against members of your division three times, and the members of the other division only once.

"Blaze Wing Dragon"+"Frost Wing Dragon"

Once per turn, by tributing one monster, you may place one "Blaze Counter" or "Frost Counter" on one face-up monster on the field. The controller of the monster with a "Blaze Counter" takes 1000 damage during every stanby phase. The controller of the monster with monster with a "Frost Counter" gains 2000 Life Points during every stanby phase. There can only be one "Blaze Counter" or "Frost Counter" on the field at a time. When this monster leaves the field, the counters are removed. This monster can attack twice during the same Battle Phase.
