Correct OCG for each of them is as follows.

 

Necrose: As an Equip Spell Card, its effect should be: The equipped monster's name is treated as "Necrose".

 

Electabuzz Squad: When this card would be destroyed by battle, you can half the original ATK and DEF of this card to negate the attack.

 

Gyro Charger: As a Normal Spell Card, its effect should be: Select 1 "R.O.B." you control. During your End Phase, if the selected monster didn't declare an attack, double the ATK of the selected monster. When the selected monster declares an attack, during the End Phase, half the ATK of the selected monster.

 

Doomsday: Remove from play 1 "Cyberman" and 4 "Dalek" monsters with different names from your hand or on the field. Both players discard cards from their Deck until they have only one card left.

NOTE: The above card is broken, since it guarantees you victory in two turns.
