Then copy and paste the Image Code generated from Tinypic, make a thread, post the Image Code into the thread, then post the thread itself. It should work. When posting cards, always credit the artitst (Provide a Link of the image and the name of the artist in your thread), Make sure your card isn't overpowered (1 Star, 4000 ATK and DEF, Effect = This card wins duelz) Follow those guidlines and you should be fine here at YCM.
