Welcome to the Maximillion F. Livingston Academy for the Genetically Gifted. My name is Headmaster Deus Leonas. However, you may call me Headmaster Leo. The Academy is home to over 1000 students as of now and is the largest gifted academy in the world. You will come here hoping to hone your skills as a Alter ('Alter' is the word the governemt uses to specify genetically gifted humans). We have over 2000 teachers at the Academy. The teachers come from all over the galaxy to help you in your journey in honing your skills. Each student will get 2 teachers in order to help them. At the end of each semester, all of the students will gather to compete in the Academy Games. There will be more information on that when it comes.

[align=center]Negation of Powers

Some powers cannot go together. For example, if you have Pyrokinesis, you CANNOT have Hydrokinesis. Here is the list of powers that negate each other:

 

Transformation----Shapeshifting

Transforming is when you transform into a powered version of yourself, similar to Bruce Banner when he turns into the Hulk. Shapeshifting is turning into an animal or turning into someone else without their powers.

 

Aerokinesis----Terrakinesis

You have to be connected to the ground in order to use Terrakinesis. You can't do that when you have Aerokinesis and you are flying through the air.

 

Pyrokinesis----Hydrokinesis

Duh. How the heck are you going to control fire when your water is putting it all out?

 

Gravity Manipulation----Reality Manipulation

This is a special one. Gravity Manipulators alter the gravity around them in a localized area. Reality Manipulators alter the reality in a localized area. If you put the two together, you could alter the world to your liking.

 

Hydrokinesis----Electrokinesis

Water and electricity just don't mix. Ever.

 

Reality Manipulation----Matter Transfiguration

You're already altering reality. Why change what you already changed?[/align]

History of Your Powers (Please put some detail in your History. This will help me accept students.): Her father had enhanced reflexes, and her mother carried invisibility. Her reality manipulation powers were a strange combination: both her parents carried the recessive gene for matter transfiguration, but due to a lack of oxygen during childbirth, the DNA was forced to alter itself, therefore becoming the reality manipulation power. She doesn't really know where she got her extensive power over darkness or her power of duplication, but she assumes she was either born with them, or obtained them in an incident she is currently amnesiac to.

>,< You need to post the genetic basis of your powers: was there some kind of genetically altering experiment, was it due to genetic mutations during childbirth, were the powers inherited...? And you have to do it for each individual power. Oh, and your sig is way too huge; you do realize that spoilers exist, right?

This will help me accept students.): A normal girl, Cissnei had no powers up until one day at school, in her science lab, they were mixing chemicals when a student messed about and mixed two volatile reactants together, the beaker exploded. Unluckily for Cissnei, she got most of the blast. At hospital, she was treated for serious burns, but somehow, she recovered with no scars. They found that the chemicals had literally set fire to her DNA, giving her the ability to manipulate fire, but it meant she always felt some degree of pain. This constant pain gave her the ability of increased reflexes, as she learnt how to anticipate when to flinch.
