Well' date=' in all seriousness, I think that Elemental Hero Shining Flare Wingman is the best. You can play 3 of Sparkman, also a solid card, and use fusion substitutes to bring him out. And from there, he's all badass. It has so many ATK points, a minimum of 2800, but probably more if you're running a solid deck. And it can do so much damage to your opponent — you could kamikaze-attack even Dark Armed Dragon and inflict 2800 whole points of damage to your opponent, at the cost of only 4 cards! He's so epic, I'm going to devote all this blank space to his greatness.

 

It technically only said E-Heroes, so Stratos and Prisma are the only contenders.

 

Counting D-Heroes, Plasma, Dasher, Disk Commander.

 

Counting E*Heroes, Malicious.
