This card can only be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned by removing 7 cards on your side of the field from play. This card cannot be sent out of play. Each turn during your end phase the ATK and DEF of each monster on the field (excluded Demi-God Kali) is lowered by 1000, if a monster's ATK or DEF is reduced to 0 as a result of this effect it is destroyed. As long as Demi-God Kali is on the field each time a card is sent to the graveyard Demi-God Kali gains 1000 ATK and DEF. If this card is sent to the graveyard all cards in your opponents hand, field and graveyard are sent out of play and you gain 300 Life Points for each card sent out of play as a result of this effect. If this card is in your graveyard, once per turn, during your main phase you can special summon one monster card from your deck and Demi-God Kali is equipped to that monster. When this card is equiped to a monster that monster gains 3000 ATK and DEF. Any card equipped with this card is destroyed during your end phase.

FIRE: Discard 5 cards from your hand, inflict 800 points ot damage to your opponent's Life Points.

WATER: While "Umi" remains face-up on the feild, this card is unnefected by Spell Cards.
