Written Card Contest (Done!)

I personally don't have a picture to upload and don't know how to upload card to a page. So, also for anyone like me, I have made a contset where all you must do is enter the text of a card(Attribute,Type,Effect/Description,Card Type, Ect.) to enter. I'll be away so the contest will end on 07/18/08 Night then reboot on 07/19/08 afternoon. It will officaly end on 07/27/08. 20 people can enter.

 

Rules:

1. You can't enter the text of finished card(Card that has a picture on it)

2. Normal rules like it being appropite

3. It has to be a card that would go in "Realistic Cards" if it had a picture and you posted it

4. You can post up to 6 cards if you want to make a set.

5. (Expansion of No.1) Please make a new card and don't enter any of your cards you've made already regardless if they're finished or not. I also don't want a card based off of one of your previosly made cards/sets.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 3 Dinosaur-Type monsters. Once per turn, you can discard 1 Dinosaur-Type monster from your hand to increase the ATK of this monster by the original ATK of the discarded card until the End Phase. If your Life Points are at least 2000 lower than your opponent's, this monster inflicts Piercing Damage.

I believe that this term is being used to replace its wordy counterpart; I think it was first used on a re-release of "Cyberdark Horn".

Effect:

When this card is Special Summoned by the effect of a "Gladiator Beast" Monster, remove 2 "Gladiator Beast" Monsters in your Graveyard from play, to increase the ATK of this card by 500 for every monster removed with this effect. As long as this card is face-up on the field neither player can Advance Summon. When this card is targeted by an effect of a Spell Card, by Tributing 1 face-up "Gladiator Beast" Monster on your side of the field negate it's effect and destroy the card. For every Fusion Monster in your opponent's Fusion Deck this card gains 200 ATK and DEF. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent.

It actually was only one. "Relasing" is probably for OCG (Original Card Game, not Official Card Grammer in this case). OCG is Japan. Here, in the TCG(Trading Card Game), we use "tribute" to describe the action of sacrificing a monster. Besides, "release" dosen't really describe anything point blank.

 

For the person who wanted to know what's going on, your making the text of a card. Try reading some other entries.

I have no idea what that means. I haven't gotten the newest boosters so i guess i'm not up to date, so it would be good if we used "Tributing" and "Special Summon".
